Thank you for shopping with Lemenore. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your orders safely and reliably.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Most customers receive their orders within 8–12 business days total (processing + shipping).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.

For orders under $70, a flat shipping fee of $8 applies.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before purchase.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier scans your package.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Lemenore is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist you in investigating the issue.

Lemenore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
